How you conduct your science projects will have constraints – things that just cannot be compromised on. These constraints centre on ‘time’, ‘cost’ and ‘quality’ and are called the ‘triple constraints’. You cannot compromise or change one without compromising or changing the other two. Using the Triple Constraints as the basis for decision making in your project will ensure your project stays on track to deliver to expectations.

In case you missed it
